New Koyorad 48mm aluminum radiator being fitted and forefront top cooler hose that is easy swap over.
New radiator is for heavy towing in hot weather, the standard radiator is ok in mild climate.
But ford engineers, I can’t understand them for design of bottom radiator hose - have replaced with one piece full hose.

Forefront intercooler hotside pipe is a worthwhile upgrade
Re: Koyorad heavy duty Radiator
I’m sure you will like the radiator. Mine works well. Where did you get the single piece lower hose? Do you have a part number?
Many thanks.

My BT50 is 2013, apparently mk2 2015-2016 have the better design.lame2 wrote:I’m sure you will like the radiator. Mine works well. Where did you get the single piece lower hose? Do you have a part number?
